My journey into coaching began to find solutions for personal challenges in marriage, divorce, single parenting, living abroad and creative profession. Through my transformative journey of hiring coaches and coaching others, I've discovered that Positive Intelligence® not only provides solutions to these challenges but also offers the most straightforward and quickest path to achieving lasting and transformative results.

What is Positive Intelligence?

Its tools have been field-tested with thousands of determined participants, ensuring their efficacy.


The 8 week PQ®️ programme is designed to help you develop a resilient mindset and build powerful mind habits .

By the end of the  training, you will have developed a new way of  thinking and feeling in response to life's challenges. You'll be equipped to approach them with positivity, confidence, and reduced stress.

With the PQ®️ coaching programme you learn to :

When joining our 8 week PQ®️ programme you will receive:

8x up to1-hour online coach-led sessions

Facilitated by Shirine via Zoom or a call to help unpack your weekly learnings, work towards your goals and amplify your results. You will leave inspired and energised for the week ahead. The duration of the coaching sessions may vary, depending on whether it is group or one-on-one coaching.



Guided support

I will be available between session to encourage you, keep you accountable and answer any questions.


7x weekly 1-hour inspiring videos (every weekend)

Led by Positive Intelligence® founder, Shirzad Chamine, who guides you through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools. You’ll gain awareness and practical tools to your week of practice.

Daily 15-min app-guided exercises 

The Positive Intelligence® App, available exclusively to program participants, allows you to apply the learnings from the weekly training videos. 

With a different focus every day, it’s designed to build one small mental muscle at a time, laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits of your mind. The cumulative impact by program's end is substantial.


Unlimited use of the Mental Fitness gym 

Build your self-command muscles using these innovative 10-second exercises (called PQ reps) so you can shift your mind more quickly and more deeply from self-sabotage to self-mastery.

Daily Progress Tracking

The app tracks your daily progress against minimum targets associated with new neural pathway (muscle) formation. Personalized daily coaching tips from Shirzad Chamine continue to both encourage and challenge you to keep going.


You will keep the app and all of its content for 1 year !

Accountability partners (for groups)

Connect with your group members through a dedicated channel for accountability, support and motivation. By, sharing and celebrating, you’ll keep the vibes high.( Applicable when possible)

Cohort community

Receive additional peer support from Shirzad Chamine and other worldwide program participants. Optionally only if you like to  share your experience or see how others are doing with the programme,


Positive Intelligence® book 

You will receive digital access (audio & PDF versions) to chapters 1-8 of the Positive Intelligence book at the beginning of the program, and chapters 9-11 at the end of the program.
